"Very good service at a fair price. Service Manager Nick gave no pressure options for my situation. I elected for a new install which was performed within two days. Nick was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns. Joe and Kaleb did an amazingly good job integrating the new furnace. Thrown together old systems now look like one streamlined unit. It doesn't just "work," it was put in with some craftmanship (HVAC art). Will definitely continue to use this company."

"Furnace installation went perfectly. Edric S and Soon H were the most knowledgable installers I've ever had the pleasure to hire. They took the time to answer all or our questions and walked us through the entire installation process before and after. Highly recommend!"

"Not only does the install team perform a quality job. Within 3 days a manager inspects the quality of the install and answers any question or follows up until full satisfaction with the install. They stand behind their work"

"Pretty good experience if you just install new HVAC. But, if it is full HVAC and duck replacement, you will need to ask during quote. Otherwise, you will have trouble."

"Jason C was professional and courteous. He is a great ambassador for the One Hour team."

"Trevin did a great job! He installed an Aprilaire 400 drain free for us and it was a challenging job because of the location. He took his time and was very thorough. The price I thought was very fair. I would recommend him to anyone and I am adding him to my favorites. Look no further, you’ve found your technician."

"Did a great job installing a furnace for us. Was the only company in Cincinnati available to come out to quote and then install pretty much right away mid winter."
