"We hired Terry to remodel our ~50 sqft bathroom. It took about 3.5 weeks to complete. This was around the holiday season. There was very good communication throughout the project and a formal contract was agreed upon and signed for protection of both parties involved. He laid the floor and wall tiles really good even though some had some slight measurement discrepancies. He also offered suggestions on some of the ideas we had which helped us adjust design decisions as the project progressed. He didn’t have a problem installing any of the fixtures we ordered for the project either. Now I do have to provide some constructive feedback even in this five star review. The wood used for our recessed cabinet that was added to the bathroom was rough/poor quality and required a lot of sanding to get it somewhat smooth and prepped for staining we did after he finished his work. We also had to do some minor drywall touch up around the door we added to our bathroom. Some small negatives in our eyes but the project was a major success and we would hire him again."

"Initially hired Tim's firm to replace deck flooring, rails and stairs. His crew did a good job and we were satisfied. Tim & Amy inspected the work and found some issues that he wasn't satisfied with. He fixed the issues to his satisfaction, which exceeded our expectations, and did so voluntarily at no extra cost. Se were so pleased with Tim's professionalism that we had him do more projects. One crew came to repair drywall and prep several areas for painting. Another crew did the painting of 2 bedrooms, laundry room, basement ceiling, front door and garage. We were having flooring installed by another company at the same time. They found water and termite damage near our front door, and couldn't complete the flooring until it was repaired. I called Tim in a panic and explained the problem. He and Amy came the same day and worked until 9:30 pm to repair the problem so the installers could complete their work on schedule. Tim & Amy also did repairs to a crawl space. Tim & his crews are professional, thorough and efficient. Tim follows up and inspects every project to assure that we are completely satisfied. We have more projects scheduled based on the excellent work done so far. If I could award more than 5 stars, I would."

"It went very well.  Dave from Boulder was very very flexible.  He kept me well informed as to planning and design.  I presented him with my ideas and we worked through multiple versions until I was satisfied.  At no point in the process did I feel any pressure to move along or hurry up and make a decision.  After I decided on the design, we had to really focus on the materials.  I would tell anyone building a composite deck to understand the expense before you start the process.  If you go into this trying to cut corners you will be disappointed.  Anyway.  Boulder was professional and courteous.  The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day, minimal disruption to the yard.  The build was spread out over a few weeks due to rain but we had a really nice spurt there towards the end for finishing touches.  Dave came by and checked on the framing and the footers.  When the decking was ready to go on, he was actively involved in that process.  <br /> <br /> Before we even started, Dave was very sensitive to my budget and he worked back and forth with me to come in on target.  I finally decided that I would not be able to stay on my original budget due to the materials that I chose.    I am very happy with the finished product and can not wait to spend time out there when it warms up in the Spring!!"
