Pat is great at giving variations on what could be built and gives his honest feedback on what will look good. He did the deck in two days, and he is on time and hard working. If you want to hire a small business owner, that does the work himself with one assistant, Pat is your guy. His price came in half price of the larger companies that have a lot of overhead for sales staff, marketing, websites, and “show rooms”. It was a fantastic experience working with Pat on a dream deck I wanted for years. He designs it, builds it, and is there start to finish. "I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"I'm not really sure if I was happy or not with Air Duct Solutions. I just felt like the house was dusty. I was thinking that if they cleaned it out, it'll be a little more cleaner. I still have that problem. So, I'm not sure if I have to do it many times for maybe like a month or two. After that, it was so dusty. The pricing was pretty high. I spent a whole lot. I haven't had my air conditioning looped and they were saying that they should clean it. They priced me pretty much a whole lot just cleaning that. It was the main thing. It had to be cleaned because it was dusty. It's still dirty. I just want more information from them at least to understand what was going on and what I would be expecting."
