"Osden s was the 3rd plumber I called to assess a leaking hot water heater. The other 2 never returned my calls. Connor at Osden s called me back within 15 minutes, and after telling him about the issue and sending video evidence, it was determined that the hot water heater could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Connor came to my house at 7:30am the next morning, with a new hot water heater, and had it installed and working in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, even gave me some ideas about other upgrades I m interested in doing!"

"The job went well overall. We had Bob Shea's replace the counter tops in two of our rental units as well, but the desc. and pricing is for the work done in our own unit. The three installations were done over the course of 2 days, the workers ran into some snags while removing the old counters, but they figured it out and the job was done on schedule.
