"Frank returned my call very quickly, after I explained the issue we set up an appointment. Frank was very flexible with a time to accommodate our work schedule. We started out just wanting to regrout the tub and tile but after We saw his work, We had Frank do the floor tile as well! He offered suggestions and offered 2 prices. No pressure sales pitch. He showed up on time, had respect for our home and cleaned up when he was finished. He even mixed up extra grout for us to use in our 2nd shower should we need it. "Chris and Gus got the kitchen done in a day and a half. I couldn’t be happier with the result. The new tiles look great and are well installed. While they were doing the kitchen job, I showed them my marble tiled bathroom cabin to see if they could do something to fix/clean the mold that seemed to be under the grout and silicone and therefore impossible to clean. They offered a few suggestions before we decided on how to approach and I am very happy with how white my bathroom floor and walls look. I clean on a weekly basis so I’m hoping it never happens again. Would recommend and hire them again for other jobs."
