When the old shingles came off, we discovered the roof decking had wide gaps that needed to be replaced. Even though it meant more than double the time and work, Josh handled it without hesitation. He also repaired an outdoor stairway deck for me and did an excellent job. His on-the-spot quote for the extra work was fair and reasonable, especially for the labor involved. It rained last week and the ridge cap blew off it had no screws in it and he was supposed to fix and its been 5 day him saying ill be there today. If you hire him good luck"
