Luther,a Roofwise foreman, came the same day I called to inspect the project to estimate the job. That was in August 2009. However, the roofers did not start work until right after New Years. "UPDATE: After posting a review here on Angie's List, the company contacted me about applying a second layer of concrete to the shoulder and resealing it. The new concrete is on, and looks much better, and I'm expecting the resealing to happen soon. Communication was generally clear and the final repair looks okay. There were are few problems, though. The cap on the shoulder is very uneven and it appears that two different materials were used (different color concrete). Also, it rained mid-repair, causing a leak that stained the ceiling below the chimney. I can't see the crown, so I don't know what condition it is in."

"Overall I’d give them a B rating. They were timely and professional, responsive to quality issues I raised after day 1 (2-day job for 320 linear feet). The quality issues were mostly missed nails that needing punching and excess paint dripping on outside corners. They did not come with a hammer and nail punch nor a dry vac, so I had to offer my own. Brad made sure I was happy with the final product and I am. He even called in to Sherwin Williams store so I could get a gallon of wall paint on his discount rate. I’d use them again but request different employees of Brad’s if I wanted trim/crown painted again."
