Explained process. Cleaned up after service. Honored Angie's List offer. Only additional cost was for replacement shut-off valves needed due to the type of faucet I had selected and even that was quite reasonable. Great service. I will use this provider for other work I require.

"Gary returned my initial phone call promptly and came by soon after to inspect the space. He sent me an estimate within 3 days and once I accepted, scheduled the first work day. Gary and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work. Over the course of several days I observed that Gary and Forrest were detail oriented, didn't take shortcuts, and we're very concerned with doing things correctly and well. On the first day, I added to the scope of work and Gary easily agreed to the additional work and got me an estimate for the new work. They worked at a steady pace, didn't take breaks, and organized all the debris for disposal. Gary is an awesome contractor and I am already planning my next project for him.

"We purchased a bank owned home in February and the general contractor was contracted to repair the plumbing and that didn't happen. We had leaks inside the walls, missing fixtures on the shower and bathtub, a leaking disposal on the wrong side of a double sink in the kitchen, and broken and clogged drain lines going from the house to the main sewage line. It was a lot of work. The technician was kind and assured me that he would be able to address all of our concerns with no problems. Having already paid for this work once i was very concerned and watched their work very closely. 
After a long hot day all of the work was completed and i was pleased with the cleanliness and professional courtesy my wife and i were addressed with. I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing my review to make sure that we didn't have any additional problems out of their work, and i'm happy to say we haven't. it's hard to find good contractors which is why we are all here. Summers exceeded our expectations in quality and price.

"After receiving multiple quotes and consultations, we were very impressed with Sky Contracting’s response to our inquiry. We received the quote quickly and despite needing a new infrastructure and unanticipated repairs of rotting wood, the quote remained extremely competitive. Even when I requested unconventional deck changes, Mechele really “heard” my concerns and desires. We had purchased a complicated metal gazebo which, despite being unfamiliar with, they put up after the deck was finished. "Had to do ceiling in basement where water from toilet ruined ceiling. It was leaking and we didn't know it. Put in new toilet and a new faucet in the sink.  Also a garbage disposal in kitchen sink. We are very pleased with work."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"There were no surprises. Brad suggested different design options that we were never given with the other bids. The one Brad suggested entailed more work, but didn't cost us anything extra. Brad is very courteous and follows through on all his promises i.e. cost, time frame. We are so glad we were referred to Brad!
