"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We can also schedule routine inspections which I plan to do starting next year. We truly appreciate ImproveIt and their superb customer service and follow-up post installation."

"Within a couple days of contacting Tim he came out to give us a quote. We needed the work done pretty quickly, and he was able to come out the following week to complete the job. It took about three days to complete which is what Tim quoted us. He also charged us a flat rate for the labor plus whatever supplies would cost. He quoted $1,200 total and the final total was $1,157. He also supplied all the receipts for materials. Great attention to detail and was very clean throughout the process. We are very pleased with the final result; it looks like the closet has been there since the house was built."

"When removing the toilet to remodel my bathrrom, several tiles came up with it.  The floor was original to the house (68 yrs old) with a cement subfloor.   Since this is the only bathroom in the house, Dan agreed to start the job on Saturday.  I bought my own tiles and they completed removing the rest of the floor, applied two layers of leveler, layed the new tile and grouted.  It took four days.  When the rest of the remodeling was done they came back and reinstalled the toilet.  They were always punctual and very curtious.  Every tile cut was perfect!  The floor looks AMAZING!  I would recommend them to everyone who needs a reputable company that knows what they are doing."

"My experience was exactly the same as the previous review dated 11/28/17. I purchased an offer for $108 for 6 hours of cleaning from Angie's List. I received no contact from the company so I e-mailed them, and received a reply saying they "no longer worked" with Angie's List and that I could pay them directly or contact Angie's List for a refund. I contacted Angie's List to inquire about the company and they said they asked General Home Services to get back to me to schedule the cleaning. However, I did not receive any further contact from the company. When I contacted Angie's List again, they said "I see the company is no longer advertising with us." And yet, as of today (12/3/17), they are still offering the deal of $108 for 6 hours of house cleaning. This has been very frustrating and a huge waste of time for me. I too am not sure if the problem lies with Angie's List or the company, or both. In that respect, my rating of 'C' for the company needs some qualification."
