When you have all the items in home you let him know and he sets the date for renovation and gives you the timetable which he adheres to. John is exact and meticulous, and works through until finished. He is timely and reliable and a charming presence at 7 am when he religiously starts his days. John was assisted by Mike who was also a meticulous craftsman and in addition a great painter. The end result is nothing short of gorgeous. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"
