"Sidewalk leveling project was scheduled and completed promptly. After leveling, sidewalk had a safe and pleasing appearance. Water no longer collected on the sidewalk surface. Project worker informed me he was fully vaccinated which I appreciated knowing since I also was fully vaccinated."

"Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems.  We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not.  I respect his opinions.  Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists.  We had an extra joist and supports installed.  The workmen were courtious and effecient.  Our floor feels very stable now.

"These guys are the real deal! I’ve had other contractors that I could hardly get a hold of. Communication was excellent and they were extremely responsive. Job was done quickly and job site was kept clean. I was happy with the price, but best of all, my basement is DRY after several years of fighting the water seepage! I highly recommend this company!"

"Mr. Garrett called to confirn the initial appointment, and arrived on time. Since I was not familier with the company, I decided to give them a try. They arrived on time for the start of work, and did not stop until the concrete was laid. They still have to return to remove the forms, as they cannot be removed until the concrete cures. They cleaned up and were very professional in every way. I will use them again. And would recommend them to others. EXCELLENT"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Millerville, AL

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
