Furnace install was awful-- failed inspection several times, did not communicate clearly what I needed to do to get gas service at the house, and blamed me when I reached out to the salesperson for help. Ended up paying WAY more for the gas install than I was told it would be ($1200 vs. at most, several hundred). To be clear, gas lines were installed by Elkton Gas NOT Moon Air, but how do they not know how much it costs if this is their business? Completely unwilling to help when I contacted them, just told me that they had already gone "above and beyond" the terms of our contract and could not help. I am pleased with the units they installed but beyond frustrated with the level of communication and professionalism. Electrical side of this company is excellent, HVAC is less than professional."
