"After having a little problem with the contract, Heather managed to get the problems straightened out. Correct dates and materials were corrected.The crew showed up on time but then had to go get additional materials to start the job.. No project manager was on sight until latter in the afternoon..The five crew members started the job . The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. He was easy to reach via cell or email. The estimate was more than fair. His crew completed the job in three days. I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.
