"Rich was great. He responded promptly to my inquiry, and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost. I was nervous about starting and the schedule, but once we agreed he went right at it. He said it would take 3 to 5 weeks and he finished in 4. I was impressed by the hard work Rich put into this. For the radiant heat, he sought out a company representative, who met us in my home to discussed what the installation would entail. Rich and his crew then followed the company's instructions to the letter, and now I have nice warm floors (the house is on a slab). The new floors look beautiful, and the doors as well. "Peter and Billy installed a mini-split a/c system in my home recently. There were 3 head units on 3 different floors. They arrived on time, discussed the work with me, and explained what they were doing when I would pop in to check on the progress. It was a two-day installation with rain on the first day and heat/humidity on the second. Throughout both days both Peter and Billy remained of good cheer, working efficiently, without a grumble about the weather. An electrician, Chris, joined them on the second day and completed his work quickly. He even took the time to tack up a dangling powerline in the drop ceiling of the basement that wasn't part of the a/c install. Mid-afternoon on the second day everything was complete. Peter walked me through the work they had done, inside and outside. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I'm very happy with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone who asked."
