The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. "Every phase of the basement waterproofing project was first-rate. Through sketches, the inspector/technician took the time to explain how a sub-floor pressure relief system works. In a knowledgeable and professional manner, he designed the system for our basement and presented a detailed project proposal with drawings. An affordable cost estimate was reached. Also, financing guidance was given to obtain a deferred interest loan. Three days later, the construction crew arrived to begin installation of the system. They were attentive to specific concerns and answered all questions completely and politely. Through discipline and hard work, they completed the job in two days, one day ahead of schedule. Upon completion, including a thorough clean-up, a tour was given of the newly installed system. "This company did a first class job solving a basement foundation water infiltration problem in our commercial office building in Upper Bucks County, PA. A project manager came out to assess our situation; he came up with a proposed solution on the spot, provided us with a written proposal and sample photos of other similar work they had done. The work required excavating a small portion of the foundation on the exterior and filling a crack in the foundation wall down to the footers. The crew came out as scheduled and completed the job in a single day as predicted. Some follow up tweaks were needed, and I'm happy to say that the customer service team and follow up crew responded promptly and made some necessary adjustments to button up the job as promised. This is a first class operation and I do not hesitate to recommend this outfit to other colleagues and property owners needing this service."
