"It went well. They are being professional in their follow-up as they are trying to have us install an expensive basement drainage/pumping system. We haven't decided yet, as it will be part of our basement gut/rehab project."

"From start to finish DryZone made everything easy. Thank you"

"I hired Stonecare Paving and Masonry to do some repairs on the concrete foundation on my home. They did a great job I was very happy with the work. Very professional company they kept us updated throughout the whole process. Everything was done in a professional manner. Definitely deserve five stars."

"New faucet has been installed an inch or so too far outside. The two securing screws could be driven into the wood by a few turns only."

"Great! Richard had a cancellation and asked if he could come in that time slot. We were delighted. He was prompt. Richard is knowledgeable, explained everything he was going to do, was very professional and friendly. He worked both inside and outside. The job looks very solid. Our realtor came over a few days later ( we are selling our house in the spring) and was very impressed with the workmanship. I would highly recommend Jackson Foundation Repair."

" Initially, we contacted the owner Scott Whitelaw in March 2016. Eventually we agreed on the June start time, in June the project started as planned. We needed to have our concrete and brick front steps repaired and replaced with granite slabs.  The concrete was repaired and slabs replace and the concrete was stained. I was concerned about getting the right kind of stain color for the overall look of the project, and Scott worked very well and very patiently with me to see that we were satisfied. Once I was able to select the brick product the brick walkway was laid exactly to our expectations. We required a curve in the walkway and Scott was able to meet our expectations. We were very satisfied with the overall project."

"I was impressed with NE Dry Basements from the beginning.  The head of the company (Don) came out himself to survey the situation and spent ample time with me explaining what he thought the issue was and how we could remedy it.  He answered all my questions and promptly sent me a detailed quote with a competitive price.  He did not try to oversell me and did not pressure me.  After interviewing several other vendors I went with NE Dry Basements.  They worked around my schedule, showing up on time with a very professional crew.  Although the job was messy, they cleaned up, leaving no mess.  We worked around a few tricky/complicated things but through it all, Don was adamant that he would honor his work and would come back as many times as necessary to ensure it was functioning properly (which it is).  I would highly recommend this company.

"It went WELL! These guys are huge helps! They arrive faster than promised, they charge what they promise. There are no surprise charges like with a dumpster! I am now using a BullBag in CT and one in RI. I, alone, can keep this company busy!!!! They are awesome to work with! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! One of their managers, Vicki, was so nice, pleasant and patient with me. I was frazzled with all of the damage my property received from the hurricane. She was great!"

"Ray and his team were incredibly professional, kind and courteous throughout all of the home projects. Their work on my basement foundation, installation of French drains and the rebuilding of an exterior wall were all phenomenal and at a very fair price. I highly recommend their services 10/10"

"After looking at the water in our basement, Don told me that he would really need to look at it after the workbenches against the walls and the enclosing walls had been taken down, to waterproof the place. However, while he couldn't give me a formal quote or start the work, he gave me advice on the size of dehumidifier that would keep the damp under control, how to hook it up for drainage, and what to look for in a mold killer. I want to mention particularly that he was polite and not condescending to me as a woman talking to him on my own, as that's not often the case with contractors."
