"Other builders came in with estimates that cost less than US ProPaint and Renovation. In spite of this we chose US ProPaint and Renovation because JR explained all the work that would be done to demolish our wooden deck and replace it with trex decking. The other builders who gave us estimates did not spend as much time, or explain what they would do to complete the work we wanted.; and their estimates were lower in cost, but not a whole lot less. Once we committed to have US ProPaint and Renovation work for us, the work began very quickly. JR told us the work would commence in 2 weeks. They actually started earlier than that. 3 men worked long hours, typically 8:30 am to 7 pm each day in some pretty warm and humid weather. They were courteous and kept me informed on what they were going to accomplish on any given day. We were completely satisfied with the work and how the deck ended up. We will hire them again for other projects."

"We hired Masonworks, LLC to replace our front stoop and front walkway and they did an amazing job with the project from start to finish – professional and high quality work completed in a timely manner. Very responsive to answer any questions or concerns, took care of everything from permits to clean-up, and their crew worked non-stop to get the project done to give us a beautiful new front entrance to our home. Definitely would use them again."

"Awesome job! Was smooth to set up site visit & estimate. Came (even early) and took care of everything - had replaced 3 interior doors. Cleaned up after like they were never even there. Would definitely hire again."

"Just wanted to share how DiOrio Builders and Designers completely fixed a roofing issue that had been causing minor leaks for years, and grown worse in the past winter. These guys are elite yet ethical contractors, because they don’t shy away from getting to the root of the problem even if it turns out be labor intensive, or technical to fix. DiOrio Builders and Designers were willing to fully peel back the layers, do the detective work needed to find the issues, and they were honest with me about what needed to be done. I really appreciate that DiOrio didn’t try to skip steps or find a shortcut. All problems underneath the shingles are now fixed. They placed porch roof shingles on neatly, and the new shingles shine next to the older house roof! 5 out of five for this job!"

"My experience with Sharka Construction was phenomenal. Ari and his crew rebuilt three decks. He was professional, thorough and informed me step by step the deck materials best for a lasting and durable for the cold weather environment. I trust his business and would use Sharka Construction again."

"Erick and Tom are great. Quality work. Attention to detail. Their forethought thinking of details that just make better sense for us such as solar lights for the stairway and which way the stairs aim. They even used the extra dirt from digging the footings to grade a part of my yard behind the sunroom. They work long days even in the cold and sometimes dark. They never leave a mess. My driveway is cleaner than I have ever kept it. My project was a complete tear down of my sunroom and rebuilding the room. I plan to hire them again for a new back deck in the spring."

"Remodel or Renew Home Improvement did a excellent job on my new deck. They were professional and on time. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Great work, siding was a perfect match l. Work was done very fast. Would hire again."

"Jon did an excellent job on replacing our garage door frame. He came on time and finished with quality work."

"I can't say enough great things about Mike and his team. They were incredibly responsive, so careful and thoughtful with our home. They asked if we liked the progress at every turn, had wonderful helpful ideas about all of the components of the project. They finished WAY ahead of schedule, under budget and with a smile. We had been working with another contractor to build our baby's room who kept letting us down- not answering calls, not showing up for his first day. My 8 months pregnant wife wasn't sleeping knowing that our baby may come into the world without a bedroom-or that we'd have to live in a dusty construction zone with a newborn baby. Mike and his team came to the rescue. They finished the project with weeks to spare until her due date and my wife has slept through the night ever since. Working with them was like a breath of fresh air. Each team they brought in - from the carpenters, to the painters, plumbers, HVAC, electricians were incredibly talented and so kind. We could not be more grateful to them for their beautiful work in our home. Their meticulous attention to detail with the carpentry and paint has made us so happy. They cleaned up the work site each night knowing that the dust and sawdust would effect my wife and our puppy. They went above and beyond at each turn, and it meant so much to us. We really feel at home now."
