Jimmy came personally and explained what was wrong with our pool and how to fix it. "The staff was super informative through each part of the process including upgrading to a more energy efficient system they were also super informative and communicated quite effectively the instructions of each step of the process and allowed me to record it for later viewing and reflection. The staff as people were kind and respectful gentlemen who appeared to work quite well together! At this point in time we will be using them for not only the opening the maintenance and the closing of our inground pool but also for our hot tub repairs etc."
