Get matched with top tankless water heater repair pros in Milton Village, MA

"This was a relatively small water heater repair, and Ryan did an outstanding job. He responded immediately to my request, provided a reasonable quote, was polite, professional, knowledgable, and friendly to deal with. Will definitely hire again if needed."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. Thanks, Jared and Jack. I should mention I paid about $300 for the refrigerant today. I don't know what the final cost will be but probably a bit over $1000."

"I've called Sila before to work on my HVAC unit and realized they offer plumbing services when my tank-less water heater stopped working. They were able to come by that day I called to see what was wrong. Once they were onsite they deterimed my hot water valve stopped working and were able to replace it and got my hot water working in no time."

"One night around 10:30 I happened to notice water leaking out of somewhere in my boiler room. I panicked and called Damaso Plumbing. This is the first time I called them and Brian called me back immediately and was out at my house within 30 minutes to stop the leak. It ended up being my expansion tank that had corroded and sprung a leak. Brian was able to use a temporary tank to get me through the night with heat and hot water until the next day when he returned with a new tank. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend him to others and I will be using him again myself."

"Our experience with All Phases Mechanical has been excellent. On the first occasion we used APM, we lost heat during a cold snap in the middle of winter. We called in the morning and a technician arrived that afternoon and quickly determined that not only was our 20 year old furnace in need of expensive repairs (which a friend of ours in the construction industry validated), but continuing to run it would potentially result in a carbon monoxide hazard to my family. Carl gave us clear options and helped us understand benefits (rebates, no interest loans, etc.) that are available from the state to assist families in our predicament. We decided to move forward with a new furnace and Carl's team installed it the next day. On the second occasion, APM helped us our central air conditioning system. Again, Carl sent a technician who arrived promptly the same day, who determined that the air conditioning system was fine but it wasn't working properly due to faulty wiring. He quickly fixed it and was on his way - all at no charge. I can't say enough about All Phases Mechanical. If you're looking for a local company that cares about its customers (and understands that heating and cooking problems need to be addressed quickly), All Phase Mechanical is the company you should use."
