"We had a 20 year old garden tub and a very small shower that were ugly and difficult to use. We called several contractors to interview and chose Mad City due to their price and choices of materials. After sending in someone to measure and finalize our needs, they sent a crew to demo and install the new shower! It was a pleasure to work with them. We love the results! "Contractors broke my exhaust vent fan and toilet! There was no replacement given. Got tossed around from one person to another to get any answers. Vinyl flooring looks bad. Shower looks cheap. The price was too expensive for the lack of quality. Should have read the reviews. A disappointing experience. Do not recommend."
