I considered doing this job myself after reviewing a YouTube video, but felt it was a bit too risky given the tension in the springs and having no experience with it. So I accepted the Angie's list deal after business hours. I was contacted the next morning and scheduled the same day for between 2 and 4pm. The service man (Todd) arrived on time (a bit early, actually) and was done in half an hour. Very polite and professional, and didn't mind me sitting by to watch. It is amazing how inconvenient it is to have your garage door out of commission. This was money well spent. I will remember this company next time I need help in this department."
