"The replacement unit was installed as scheduled in a timely and professional manner, at a price I could not beat anywhere else. I am very happy with the performance of the new unit. And Adam is very customer friendly, as well as conscientous."

"Chris did a super fantastic job installing my new a/c unit in my new home. After having dealt with some bad contractors it was great to deal with someone who listened to me and what I wanted. Very professional and respectful."

"Bobby L. Greene Plumbing, Heating And Cooling is a family business that began in Shreveport well over 60 years ago. Bobby and his wife, Doris, began working out of their home with an old typewriter, a card table, and one truck.\n\nPublic demand allowed him to grow and today the family business includes a number of family members, several employees, and vehicles.\n\nAbout Bobby L. Greene Plumbing & Heating Co.\n\nSeveral years ago, Ricky took over the everyday operation of the company for his father. Both of Ricky’s sons, Justin and Michael, have earned their Master’s Plumbers Licenses and share daily responsibilities along with their Dad. Like the rest of the Greene family, Justin and Michael have worked since they were 8 years old learning the business from the ground up."

"The owner and his team successfully installed a metal roof and a complete bathroom, which included a walk-in shower with a sliding door, new floor tiles, a toilet, a vanity, an exhaust fan, and fresh paint, all completed within seven days. The owner was actively involved, providing regular updates and explanations throughout the process. We are highly satisfied with both the new roof and the bathroom renovation."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Brian was quick and fixed my A/C on same day I inquired about A/C on Home Advisor. Over the phone, he was up front on what my problem would be and costs associated with repair. Next time A/C repair work is needed, I will call Brian."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
