He evaluated the problem and spent a good amount of time working several areas to see if he could unclog the problem. After several hours of continues attempts, the clog was dislodged. Without any question, I would contact them and specifically request Daryl...Great service, reasonable and accomodating."

"Rapid Rooter was fantastic!  We just had our wood flooring replaced and moved back home to find that, somehow, part of our water line was clogged.  Water was backing up everywhere and we were worried it would get to the new flooring.  It was 5 pm on a Friday and you know no one ever answer phone calls then, right?  Nope, Rapid Rooter was contacted and Isaac called us right back.  He told us that he had 2 calls to make before us and that he'd keep us updated as to when he'd arrive.  He did exactly that.  Isaac arrived as promised, was professional throughout, and was thorough.  On top of that, he was pleasant & upbeat.  That means a lot to tired homeowners.  He logically approached the problem, reasoning out the best line of action.  He cleared the blockage in the correct pipes and did not consider his work complete until he checked and rechecked that the water drainage was <br /> completely restored.  If you ever need a person to help you with a plumbing emergency, Isaac at Rapid Rooter is the guy to call! <br />"

"Great. Got hold of Eric Torres just when he was to start another job at around 8:30 PM. He told me he was about to start a job, and that if he were to work after 10:00 PM it would cost double time. I agreed to that and he arrived at about 9:30. Before 10:00 he was finished and the clog was removed. Eric was professional and courteous. "<p>This is the plumbing company you want in Douglas County and surrounding area. (I tried three other plumbing/heating/septic/well companies before I began working with Summit.)  Summit (mostly Mike..great guy, really knows his stuff!) came out about five or six times between June 2015 and Oct 2015.  My 2 coolers, heater, well, sinks, summarizing/winterizing all function properly without issue. Certainly going to have them on my next project, the septic tank.</p> <p>The only issue I have with Summit is they were/are hard to get them out to my home.  With that said, my home is remote and the area experienced extreme weather in early summer...both factors beyond Summit's control.</p> <p>Certainly impressed by this service provider.<br /> <br /></p> <br /> <br /> <br />"
