"Around 2:30 on a Sunday, I got a call from my tenant: No water! (we have a well.) I called Rooter-Man's emergency line. Within a few minutes I got a callback from "Shane" (I think). The house is in Afton, he lives in Fredericksburg, around 2 hours away! He got to Afton by about 5 or 5:30.
