"In a house that is 60 years old, no repair comes easily. We needed to have our shower pan replaced and repair damage to the subfloor. After talking with several people, we understood that the we were looking at almost a complete bathroom remodel. Gary was very helpful in the decisions that needed to made as to what would have to be replaced and what if anything we could keep. He offered us a reasonable estimate of the work the first day we consulted with him and he stuck to that estimate. Clearly he had done work in older homes and knew what to expect. His crew, Enrique and Jose ( with Charlie occasionally) were excellent. They were respectful of our home, diligent in their work and very attentive to detail. The team came routinely at the same time and left at a reasonable hour each day. Communication from both Gary and Enrique was excellent, each making sure they understood what we wanted. "Kitchen & Bath Renovations completely remodeled our original master bathroom (1994) from the walls in - removed popcorn from ceiling, stripped wallpaper, textured and painted ceiling and walls, replaced tub, completely rebuilt shower stall, new cabinets and hardware, new toilet, new tile, new fixtures, etc. Along the way, they repaired original toilet installation issues and rebuilt the sub floor. Almost everything was done perfectly, only a few minor issues with items being crooked/unlevel, most of which were corrected. Stan was friendly, accessible, and gave us great guidance. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."

"I'd let my house go way too long and the paint had started to peel, and also I had some missing sections of trim from when I'd had my home re-roofed that needed to be replaced. Walter quoted an excellent price and was able to start on the job within a couple of days. He and the people he worked with pressure washed the entire house as well as the walkway and driveway, did a great job scraping and sanding to get it ready to paint, replaced the missing and damaged trim, caulked all of the gaps to smooth the appearance, primed, and painted using quality materials. My house looks better than it has in years, and Walter was a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely call him for help with other projects as they arise."
