"I contracted with JPR to install a wall so that I could convert an open room into an office. They were very fair with their pricing, and did a marvelous job installing the wall to meet my expectations. The renovation included putting in transom windows, a barn door, overhead recessed lighting, and a ceiling fan, along with the required electrical wiring and switches, as well as miscellaneous hardware. Along with installing the wall they also needed to texturize the wall and paint it to match the existing interior. The new wall and completed office now fit in seamlessly and looks like it was always here. We also utilized Roman to install a new pair of windows in our bathroom and plan to use JPR going forward to help us with our other renovation needs. Roman and the other employees he subcontracts did a wonderful job, and they are very friendly and easy to work with. We are pleased with our decision to use JPR!"

"The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."

"Gary was very easy to work with and listened to what I wanted and adapted to the changes I made to the original design. He was able to give me a quote for the job and except for the changes we made, and a couple of unexpected fixes due to damage already existing within the walls, we stayed on target with the original quote. Gary's crew was professional and polite and easy to have around every day. They would consult with me on things if there was a question regarding the way I wanted it done. Gary and his crew were very mindful of our wood floors and made sure to protect them throughout the process. The overall project took less time than expected since we didn't have any major issues arise. It also helped that we had all the new appliances on hand so they could measure and make sure everything would fit properly. I had a design in my head and Gary and his crew made it come to life. It is exactly how i envisioned it. I will definitely call on Gary when we are ready to update the bathrooms in our home."

"Super nice guys. Very eager to please. Did some things extra at no charge. He noticed and so had cemented a large stone step that had come loose, just to be nice. He even painted the workbench (unrequested).   Work done:  Replaced several 2x4s  that had rotted. Sprayed the area with anti-mildew product, then replaced damaged paneling, and painted those areas. Gave advice on some runoff drainage needed for the area.

"Derek, at Prestigious Home Designs, was prompt in returning my phone call and came out the same day to give us a quote.  We had to break the project into two phases for insurance purposes and he was extremely accommodating.  He was prompt to modify, fix or start over on any element of the project that did not meet either his or our standards without it costing us additional (unless we wanted an upgrade--not part of the original quote).  He often caught things that we would never have seen.  He could have easily slid it past, but that is not the standards that he expects and delivers.  He also found ways to maximize our budget dollars, while giving us a better end product. 
We have a small pet and he and his staff were very careful with his safety and security including not utilizing noxious chemicals without giving us prior warning so that we could secure him away from the house.  They were very attentive to the security and care of our home, utilized a extra heavy duty dust barrier, and provided a deep home cleaning afterwards.
He built all of our cabinets in-house to our specifications including custom cabinet inserts and dovetail drawers.  He has all of the craftsmen on staff and when he has to utilize an outside trade, he let us know while supervising every step of the way.
There were no hidden fees.  Everything was straightforward and up front.  He worked with us to stay within our budget.  He offered his expertise but at the end of the day the project was completed to our specifications just as we had planned.  He gave us our DREAM KITCHEN and created a butler pantry where we had none.  In the end, he turned a near catastrophic water leak into our dream culinary get away.  Thanks Derek!  We are bragging about his work to all our neighbors.  They all want his number now!  We will definitely use him again with other projects including our next major project:  the master bath.

"Cody was excellent in terms of getting us an accurate bid in a timely manner and following up with the install on time too. The wood is sturdy and it all looks like it was part of the original room. I was not happy with a few things. The painting was not done well and new coat had to be applied after the install which means I can see brush strokes (as opposed to having a nice even spray paint finish). Also, while Cody is professional and comfortable to work with, the assistant he brought for the install was pretty sketchy. He forgot tools, didn't know what he was doing, and generally made me uncomfortable. Finally, we had asked for holes drilled in the unit so we could access the outlet in the wall (now inside the cabinet part). It wasn't until a couple days later when the paint was dry that we went to put the lamps in and realized they drilled a hole in the back of cabinet for the outlet, but not in the top of it to drop the cord down! While I take some responsibility for not noticing it myself, it was their job to know what all needs to be done to do the job right."
