He was knowledgeable and gave me what I thought was a fair quote of $1,800. The two other quotes I got for the same job were for $2,950. and $4,800. I am very familiar with home construction work as I have lived in my home since 1961 and have had 2 major add-ons and several inside remodels done during the past 59 years. Lifetime Construction showed up precisely on time for appointments ( a rarity among contractors) and performed the work as contracted. I would definitely use them again. "As many of you know--finding a reputable home improvement company can be quite a challenge. We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. Inaccurate bids, no shows, and people showing up that presented themselves as home improvement companies but didn’t know what the heck they were doing.
