Rafael the owner was extremely responsive (texting is the best way to communicate), and agreed to have his crew come install the cleaning equipment while I found a contractor to come remove the floors, drywall and carpet, because at the time Rafael did not have enough manpower to do the whole job. Rafael and his son Andrew were super knowledgeable and willing to work around the schedule of the other crew, and leave pieces of equipment (dehumidifer, air scrubber, neg air), that are each worth north of $1,500. Rafael worked seamlessly with the insurance company (they paid him directly), and the building management around certification papers, and working around the issues we had in our building after Irma (no service elevator for a while, limited access and so on). Could not be more happy, and could not recommend him more."
