"I had a very disappointing experience with IM Garage Doors. Communication was inconsistent from the start, and it felt difficult to get clear answers about scheduling and pricing. The technician arrived later than expected, and the work did not feel as thorough or professional as I was hoping for. After the service, the issue wasn?t fully resolved, which was frustrating considering the cost. I also felt like there was very little follow-up or accountability when I reached out with concerns. Overall, the experience felt rushed and left me wishing I had chosen a different company. I would recommend others do thorough research and get multiple quotes before moving forward."
