"These folks are wonderful. They came out right after Beryl when they were so busy. They were extremely good at listening to what I wanted. I have asthma and I had concerns about my air conditioning systems. I got two other bids and their bid was more than competitive. They did the work in a timely fashion, despite having to wait because the ground was so wet. They put down protective covers for the floors and wore booties so that they did not damage my wood floors. Their communication was great. Mauricio has vast knowledge of HVAC systems and quickly diagnosed my system and provided me with multiple solutions based on my budget. He impressed me so much, and I quickly realized he was not trying to upsell me anything and gave me honest options from good, better, to best! I trusted him and decided to have my old unit replaced since is was almost 13 years old and I do not regret it. Although I have not received my new light bill yet, I do notice my house was much more comfortable and my AC unit did not have to work so hard to keep the house cool. He even followed up soon after with a call to check on how my system was running and even came by to do a quick inspection and system tweak based on my personal cooling needs.
