"Owner of the company came to my property and he gave me a thorough bid covering the cleanup and disposal of 30 yrs of debris. He had his own dumpster trailers and his own equipment necessary to do the job. I am a very environmentally conscious person and he took the time to separate recyclables and lawn debris in different dumpsters for removal. He also gave me a fair bid to do the differed maintenance on my out buildings around my property and was able to restore multiple buildings that other contractors said would have to be torn down-removed and built new at a larger expense. We’ve recently had him back to build a hot tub surround with transparent roofing out of 120 yrs old barn wood posts that was saved from a building that couldn’t be remodeled. Definitely will have him back for future projects, highly recommended. "

In addition to the tune-up, I had a short list of additional requests for Justin when he showed up, such as fixing some dings in the garage door tracks and lubricating the torsion tube bearings. Justin patiently and graciously did everything I asked and even found and fixed a problem from the original opener installation 14 years ago. His work was outstanding, and despite the additional items he charged me only his original and very reasonable quote of $49 for the tune-up. I’m so lucky I hired J&J Overhead Door."

When the work was finally completed, it was done incorrectly ? and now Vaughn refuses to return calls or messages. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
