He was able to identify the "mystery light switches" in the utlity shop as going to 220v outlets that aren't in use, and replaced the ballasts on the ceiling lights that weren't coming on. Dave worked quickly, accurately and neatly, including cleaning up the trash from the job. the cost for the work was within the ballpark range I'd estimated."

Mike called me an hour before my appointment to reschedule, as the job he had was taking much longer than expected--scope creep by the customer. Mike called me an hour or two before our next appointment to confirm that we were still on. Mike was very patient with my vague descriptions of problems and inspected each fan: three fans are fine, and the motor on one is wearing out.
