"We wanted to update our Kitchen with a new counter top.  Jeff (of Anchor Renovating) helped us pick out the right granite and designed a really interesting design for the backsplash.  He incorporated these really beautiful glass tiles into the counter top, something that I would have never  thought of.  And it looks great!  He's not just a tile setter he has a great eye for design and he knows how to to execute it.  I would definitely recommend him for his design, as well as, his skills as a contractor.
Jeff had so many really great ideas and our Kitchen turned out really nice.  Because of the reasonable price, we wanted him to do other projects for us too.  We had him finish the basement so that it became a fully functioning apartment kitchen.  He installed upper cabinets and cut out a tile floor.  As well as another unique backsplash of mosaics that met the upper cabinets.  We also had him do the floor in our office and install marble in our master bathroom.  
The last thing he did for us (and also quite impressive) was cleaning and sealing the grout on our laundry room floor.  After he was done it looked perfect.  As good as the day it was set.... but not even a week later, I had a mishap with a Costco size bottle of Teriyaki sauce.  The black sauce went everywhere!  All over my beautiful white grout and white tile, and I couldn't believe how good it cleaned up!  Not one stain!  Thanks again Jeff!

"From the first meeting in the showroom to months after completion of the project when we'd call about minor issues, everything was outstanding. Steve and Vitaliy were tremendous throughout the process. Although we went into the project with the intent of solely replacing the flooring, we quickly realized that the prices were going to allow us to refinish the kitchen (at a fraction of the cost of a new kitchen) and add flooring in the bathroom and laundry room. Avenues made several trips to our house for measurements and discussion prior to beginning the project. They were there throughout the entire project overseeing the work and answering questions and concerns. Vitaliy has an incredible talent for finding what works best in the house. Once the project was completed, Avenues made several trips to our house to make sure that we were satisfied.
Once the project started, any unexpected issues were brought to our attention. Things that other contractors would have ignored or would have agreed to address for a significant upcharge were addressed professionally and without significant cost to us. Items that needed to be replaced (including flooring) were completed immediately.
We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. While the quality of the product and installation were both excellent, the service we received was outstanding. We've never had an issue that's not been satisfactorily addressed.
They will be the first call I make for our next project.

"Superior Roof is a professional and customer focused company. The owners, Romel and Shelisa, care about their customers. They follow through as well. We scheduled our cleaning initially when the snow hit and we rescheduled a couple of times due to weather. The day of the cleaning, Romel came out the day of the cleaning and the roof came out great. "Polly viewed my samples of slate, granite, porcelain & slate mosaic tile intended for installation in the 2 bathrooms we are remodeling & suggested a shower-shelving unit which could be built-in and used for shampoo & bar soap storage. Polly took her time to understand what are going to do, then left to give her notes & measurements to Michele, the designer, who is also professional & pleasant. Beaverton Tile has a showroom of almost every tile I was to use and Polly promised that I would pay little over her cost for tile and that labor would be competitive as her husband is the installer. I found both promises to be true when I received the itemized estimate. Reluctantly, I have chosen another tile installer whose bid was much lower. I only hope I will not live to regret my choice as the other bid is so low as to be possibly unrealistic. Although I did not use them, I recommend Beaverton Tile Works without hesitation."

"I bought their contractor for a day at $300.00 which seemed like a deal. The thought was an online video indicated that the project could be done in one day by an inexperienced person. I met with the owner and we agreed that maybe it would take two of his experienced experts An entire day (so $600). We had challenges right in the beginning. There was an electricity outage in the neighborhood that slowed work as they could not use their saws or drills, then the two guys spent a long time arguing about how to do it, then the first four hours were up and one guy left and the other guy diligently stuck around to make up for the time wasted arguing and manually sawing which I appreciated(just to back up a second I had called the owner in the morning to discuss the outage and rescheduling and we had agreed that it would be okay as the equipment had batteries). The manager and I worked out a deal to bring out the one guy for an extra day at the same rate to finish it up and I want to say that I ended up adding one more day but this was two years ago. Nice hard working guy, just slower and less efficient than others I had worked with (in his defense he cost half as much). In the end my under deck roof is okay...it has a lot of spots that leak so my level of satisfaction is not high. In the end I got the work done at $600 (or was it $900?) This was a while back. It took two days I think, maybe three. At the end of the day I paid a C price for C quality work. In retrospect I could have recruited my brother to help me do it but it would have taken us four times as long and I can’t say the quality would have been better. Honestly if I had bid the whole job itself another crew might have charged me $3,000+. So with labor and materials I paid $1,200 maybe $1,500 and it’s adequate. I did appreciate the managers flexibility in extending the special price over additional days and letting the one guy stick around to make up for the bickering and electrical outage."
