"Joe came to the house to repair a burner on my cooktop. A simple repair became complex due to the condition of the burner. Joe performed some major surgery on the burner and was then able to locate a discontinued part to complete the job. Service was above and beyond!! "Jim (owner) and Chris are both polite and professional. I did have to wait sometime from first contacting them to finally get an estimate, but their were extenuating circumstances going on from what I understand. We ultimately went with another company due to price differences, but I would certainly recommend contacting Home Crafters. Ask for Jim or Chris.
