"In March '21, a tree fell into the roof of my back porch. Mr. Pacheco was recommended to me by a neighbor. From our first contact, Mr. Pacheco was very professional and responsive. He came to look at the home damage the next day. After I made the decision to go with his company for the repairs, he did a great job of keeping me updated along the way regarding when he would be able to start my repairs. His pricing was fair and the team that did the work could not have been more professional and awesome! After the repairs, they left my porch so clean, it looked as if nothing had happened! I will definitely reach out to Pacheco Contracting again for home improvements- I could not be happier!"

"Hi Derrick, Robert and Katie, I got home from my Boat Captain Delivery Job on Sunday Night 3 November. Exhausted from four days and nights at sea I spent my first night sleeping in my brand new bedroom. Thank you guys so much. The job is perfect in every sense. I Love it.! You guys were on time to the minute everyday, kept the condo as clean as to be expected in a environment for my wife and grandson to live in our home during the project . Robert and Katie worked nonstop everyday to keep on time, budget and a exceptional level of craftsmanship that has enhanced my home and its value greatly. Many neighbors of mine have already come over to take a look at "The Harvey's new bedroom". The general comment is WOW!. There were no surprises during the construction. Everything went exactly as we agreed and planned. Except on thing... Katie and Robert worked overtime one evening in order to finish the job ONE DAY EARLY !! Can you believe that !! If every service or contractor had the same customer service policy as Derrick Freeman life would be so less stressful. Thank you guy's very much for a job well done !! If you ever need a recommendation for another customer or spec a job don't hesitate to call me. Thank you again, Manning Harvey the Retreat Condos on James Island, South Carolina."

"From this point forward, this company will be my go-to for any home repairs I need. We were looking for a trash can fenced enclosure that was installed rather poorly a few years ago. Our handyman, Jose (jose@charlotte), was attentive, thorough, and dedicated to the best outcome for our family. He arrived on time, remained a consummate professional, and helped us make the best decisions for our improvement project. We are so pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Jose, and thank you, Cransten. Moving forward, this will be my go-to home improvement company!"

"Carson and his Crew were amazing! Renovations can be a very stressful time but he made it seamless just like his work! We highly recommend him for any of your home projects!"

"Did an awesome job painting my interior. Highly recommend him. Just great work!!!!"

"Lowcountry classic homes assisted me in replacing my vinyl siding and repairing the chimney chase - I am so happy with my install and will certainly hire this contractor again to assist with any other home improvement I may need in the future. ☆☆☆☆☆ they are based in Summerville and true Professionals !"

"A large tree fell on my home during storm & I hired another contractor to complete repairs which included replacing 9-12 rafters/sheathing/shingles, re-building small front porch & adding 3 windows to sunroom. Original contractor installed the windows & did a lot of work on the roof but were very slow & work was sub-par.....they also had issues getting project permitted & I finally had to let them go. I was in a real bind to get repairs completed as I was in the middle of re-financing house when the storm hit. I contacted Commonwealth & they were able to come out & assess what needed to be done. They got the permits right away & got started. Most of the previous work had to be re-done....they removed the windows & added headers & proper support & re-installed, repaired roof & re-built front porch. All work was done professionally & in a timely manner. Also installed interior trim (baseboards/windowsills/frame) in sunroom, which I requested at the last minute, so house would be ready for appraisal. They did a nice job matching the original trim on older home. Would definitely hire again."

"Oswaldo and his team are true professionals. He installed a number of hard wired lights and did some additional electrical work in addition to repainting the entire apartment. Paint was done with care and attention to detail, and the mess and splatter was minimized throughout. I will continue to hire Oswaldo for future projects. A great find."

"Can’t recommend enough. It was easy to work with Monty and Josh. Both willing to entertain my design ideas and helped guide the renovation. When unexpected things in our older home popped up, they handled it with ease. Important to find someone you can trust with your home and that’s what you can find in this company: integrity and trust. Would use again in the future for any other contracting needs!"

"Appointments were prompt, details discussed before proceeding and some changes made as the work progressed. Result was a successful repair at a reasonable cost. Would recommend as a reliable contractor.
