"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Over it was a good job and the price was reasonable. Few concerns: the first technician thought that it might be a problem resulting from the thermostat wire going bad causing the fan coil unit to not get the correct voltage. The second technician took a little more time and checked the connections and solved the issue pretty quickly saving me from a pretty costly repair. My other concern was the first technician said he could do the inside coil cleaning as part of the tune up. The technician never mentioned it would be an additional $220.00. The technician just sprayed the coil cleaning foam but never removed the front panel to brush the coils as recommended. since he did not remove the panel not sure how he checked visually for refrigerant leaks. He also checked on the form that basic air duct cleaning was performed which must be a mistake because he never looked at the main return."

"It was an expensive unit, it was within the unit price. I don't recall the price."

"I needed to add a bathroom and utility area, but did not want to increase a footprint of the house and decided to incorporate my carport into a living area. It allowed me to save on roofing and foundation, but created certain logistical difficulties in the project. Mike and his crew have creatively addressed all the issues which allowed me to maximize the living area while still being compliant with all the building codes. Work on the project was well planned and performed according to the schedule. In fact it took longer to wait for building permit from the county than the project itself. I also wanted to point out that Mike possesses a rare quality for contractor, he is very punctual and responsive. He had returned all my calls/e-mails within a day and had addressed all my concerns or requests in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to work with Mike and his crew and I would hire them for my next project without hesitation."

"I called and spoke to Candace who was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and schedule. She called me back each time she said she would and was very helpful each time! An electrician came out the same day to give me an estimate...as it turns out, it was simply a breaker that needed to be flipped. Although we didn’t end up needing their full service, I’m very satisfied with their customer service!"

"Will arrived promptly at the appointment time, completed all services needed/requested. Charges were very fair and reasonable. Jaco HVAC has serviced our Unit, added additional Duct Work, moved existing Ducts, and Installed Zone Systems. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC Services needed."

"Great! Service technician was excellent."

"M and D is one of the best service companies in Walterboro. They are on my list of companies to call in Colleton County. I highly recommend them."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.
