"Yes,Roger Heating and Cooling did a excellent job.Not only did they install new heat pump and new furnace,.Men were courtesy and polite,showed respect for my home by wearing covers over their shoes.They explain the process of what they had to due.They answered any questions I had about installation. I had no idea that the process would be so smooth. I truly appreciate this company, from first day that representative came out. Too look at what need to be done to replace my systems. Thank them for email follow-up until day came to installation, and email after job was completed. "The owner, is technically competent. I have technical background and I bombarded Brendan with lot of questions on scientific and mathematical and technical functions of heat pump, but Brendan immediately came up with satisfactory technical and scientific responses which cleared doubts and gave me optimism. Brendan and his team made feasibility study at the house and took measurements to ascertain the size of the heat pump and necessary modifications to the existing system in order to make new heat pump and system work efficiently with low costs of electricity and maintenance and with very low noise!!! The installation done by Brendan and his team appeared to be supported with stability. Trial run of new system initially made the team of Freedom Heating & Air to do fine tuning and now the system is working comfortably with very low noise, etc ."

"My water went out on a Thursday morning. I got Classic plumbing off of Angie’s list called them first thing when they opened. They had someone at my house by 11:30 that same day. It was decided that since my water pump was working intermittedly they would start work the next day since it would be an all day job. I was lucky and had water the rest of that day. They came the next day. Amazingly I got a call from the office advising me that they were gathering equipment and would be a half hour later. Never has anyone called me like that when later then expected. They just show up late! The office staff were wonderful. The crew came and worked all day long . This was a job where there were major obstacles and they never gave up. Worked till dark and could not work anymore. I needed not only a water pump but the electric wire to inside box was bad. Impossible to fix that day but were back on Sat morning and put a new wire from pump to inside so I would have water over the weekend. On Monday they were back and worked all day to bury wire and finish the job.They encountered multiple problems because my system was 35 years old. They were so nice and never complained . I thought for the work they did the price was really fair. Worked 2 and a half days. I paid $5450.00. Got new pump new casing new electric boxes switches wire and they worked hard for 2 and one half days. I thought it was more than fair. They gave me discount for Angie’s list which other Plummer companies did not offer. I will need a hot water heater in the future and definitely will get them to do."

"The contractor was a true pro.,he new his product ,he new how important to size the heater needed to do the job correctly and he priced the install accordingly.He was prompt always on time,removed the old water heater and made necessary changes to my home to accommodate the new tankless heater.He installed a new unit that has a great reliability history and long term warranty at a fair cost.Not heard of in todayâ s business world and the man that owns the business is the person who actually does the work! I feel like I did hire a true PRO for my job and I would recommend him to anyone that would need his service in the future!"
