Diagnosed it as a refrigerant leak in the coil covered under warranty and recommended that I get in touch with the original installer to service the unit under warranty - which I greatly appreciated, and did. However, the original installer indicated that the unit was just a pound low on refrigerant - no leak in coil - and behaving as it did due to safeguards built into the unit to prevent damage to the unit."
