HVAC completely destroyed, twice, by FSM, needing significant repair and rebuild. They left me without heat for over a MONTH in winter, did not even respond to my messages. Their poor work landed me in urgent care due to mold vented into the home. FSM staff helped himself to what he wanted out of my yard, then entered my garage without permission, despite being banned from the property himself. FSM cut a hole in my siding, leaving the insulation exposed for months (not resolved); cut a large hole in my floor that was completely unnecessary (not resolved); grading was NOT completed as discussed, leaving the entire project needing to be redone (not resolved). I had to dig my own crawl with their staff for 4 hours! FSM staff became aggressive on site and demanded more money from me. POLICE and Ordinance were called. NOT SAFE to hire them. BUYER BEWARE!"
