"First, the service call cost of $59 apx. is GREAT compared to the "main" Overhead Door (our brand of grage door opener & door) provider in Charlotte, they charge $130.  Tech had to re-wire a connection on the garage door sensor, which was included in the service cost.  He was honest about services they offered & what was REALLY important for us to replace/fix vs. what was 'above' what was really needed at this time.  The overall cost of the springs we needed was a little high at $118 each, but after looking at the springs myself, it was obvious this was an integral part that really did need replacement to keep our (heavy) garage door SAFE and operational without having issues that would just re-appear in another month or two (house/door is just over 5.5 years old). <br /> Tech was EXTREMELY polite and helpful!
