However, a less honorable business may have taken advantage of my situation and scheduled a visit without offering some key advice. The bottom line is that even though I didn't hire Archer Plumbing, I gave them a 5 Star rating; I would have given the 10 stars if the choice was available; a "thank you" just isn't enough. They are an honorable business and they have earned my trust.
