"He has done quite a few things for me in the last twenty five years or so.  Richard Veale is now the owner of the company after his father Joe Veale passed away.  I moved into this house in 1986 and my mother moved in here in 1988 after my step father died.  We added a bathroom, laundry room combination and he did all the plumbing for that.  He has done some work in my bathroom and replaced my water heater a couple of times.  He put in another sink in too.  He has done quite a bit several times for us.  He's been very good.  I've called him up at 6 o'clock on Saturday morning and he'd be over here half an hour later.  I have had blocked up toilets, a bathtub that wouldn't drain and when I called him, he came over.  He put my water heater on a Sunday morning so he's just been really good.  The last time I used him was two years ago.  He is not the cheapest plumber but I didn't call other people to get information because I know him for a long time.  I just trust him.  His quality of work is very good and I've never had to call him back for anything.          "
