"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

Jim used excellent communication skills and computer technology to design,explain, and show pictures of the finished product. His 40 plus years of experience were evident when he went over the progress of the project. Cost factor of the project was reasonable and fair. He also, put in two new storm doors and did and excellent job selecting and installing the doors. Jim and his crew go out of their way to make you satisfied. They take great pride in their work and do and excellent clean up job. I highly recommend Jim. His quality of work is as if he is working on his own home and would treat your home as if it was his. Jim and his crew exceeded our expectations. Jim and his crew showed honest communication and trust."

"Martin came out immediately and installed a 20 ft flag pole in my front yard. He ran into some tree roots and removed them. No problem for him, he was great and did a beautiful job. I hope to hire him soon to build a screened porch"

"Dan was punctual and polite and delivered exactly what I asked for. He really listened to me and gave me two closets that I really love. One closet was my own design and he executed it exactly as I envisioned it. Dan reinforced our bathroom towel bar and hung the new medicine cabinet as well as mounted several more wall hooks than anticipated, plus hanging two wall mirrors. Before he left, he quickly fixed the hinges on two of my kitchen cabinets at no charge. One of my favorite projects is the new barn door on our laundry room. Dan made sure that he communicated with me regarding all possible configurations of the door before beginning the project. I will always call Dan for all my projects."
