"They care! They stopped by to address a hot water heater on the blink but the weather was brutally cold and Mikey saw me working on the boiler… After addressing a plan to convert to tankless, he helped me make the decision to switch to a tankless combi solution. Very happy how the team took the time to complete the job timely. I will use them for other projects for sure"

"Great! The workers are very professional and punctual. They installed a tankless water heater. They cleaned everything up when they were done and then explained how it worked and how to maintain it throughout the years so it would work better. I highly recommend this company."

"Called Home Depot at 6:03pm on Saturday 2/26/22. At 6:30pm Arctic Air Conditioning contacted me, had me take photos of my broken hot water heater. 15 minutes later, Katie from Arctic called me back with a more than fair price and worked her magic to get me an install for Sunday 2/27/22 at 2pm. Alex from Arctic arrived Sunday around 2pm and started the project. Elijah from Arctic arrived 45 minutes later and by 6pm ( 24 hours after my initial call) we had a new hot water heater up and running. Great experience, Alex and Elijah were professional, knowledgeable and courteous."

"Brian, the service tech. was prompt and knew his skills. He repaired my water heater in adequate time and was both kind and understand to the situation. Highly recommend them, I'm giving the technicians ten stars for their professional and respectful work ethics."

Would highly recommend and will more than likely rehire them in the future for any help needed."

"Travis and Elvis were very professional on the phone. Travis provided detailed information and answered all of my questions to better help me understand between options when I was choosing a new water heater for my home. Travis provided me with a free estimate and stayed within the price range we agreed to when completing the job. The water heater was installed in a timely manner. I also received a follow up phone call to check how the water heater was working and if I had any questions which I appreciated.
