Throughout the years, Maytag® developed other washers, causing our store to grow to accommodate the other appliances, including electric washers and dryers, fridges, electric and gas stoves, and dishwashers. "The technician was punctual and arrived at or before the scheduled appointment time. He quoted me a price of $349 for the replacement of a compressor motor and said that he had to order the correct part. The following day he returned with the compressor motor and said that now the control board was also in need of replacement. A part which he just so happened to have with him when he arrived the second day. Rather ironic to say the least. The cost of the parts and service (which took him about a total of 1 hour to complete) was $494. Way too expensive, especially after seeing how much the parts actually cost online."
