"Garrett and three other technicians were timely for the appointment, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. I did have a slight problem after the installation as my drip pan was filling up with water and cut off the condenser to the other AC unit I didn't have replaced. Dave, the president of the company came out on short notice and resolved the problem with my 20-year-old drip line (which was plugged). He had to make two trips to his house to get some tools and material to complete the job. You don't get that kind of care from most companies these days. I highly recommend Cypress Creek!"

"Excellent company from phone to installation to all team members. I purchased a full hvac and furnace and was even able to finance directly with them at 0% these days. They made the decision effortless and the were quick during the hot months to install. I plan to use them for many other projects beyond hvac which they do roofing, Electrical and plumbing as they have incredible service and workmanship. Big thanks to Cameron who handled the quote and followe through installation. "

"Repair Service to Fix Gas Boiler - WM Henderson first sends out a tech who is not familiar with gas boilers and admits there is an issue but does not know how to diagnose it. I had to pay $89 for this. Instead of having the right person come out, I had to to actively call again to get someone else to come out. The 2nd tech diagnosed the issue, but wants to charge me the same $89 that I already paid. - and quotes me $380 for the repair - and has to order the part. I agree and then call back the next day to confirm part is on order - and they tell me the charge is $1,015. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss, and no one is available and no one calls me back. I bought the replacement part from a supply where house (confirming it works with my make/model of boiler) and it cost me $165. I have had other scheduling issues with them as well. Don't use them!!!!!!!!"

"We were in the unfortunate position of needing to replace two HVAC units in our home at the same time. We learned that our son is sensitive to mold and found that our existing units, which were 15 years old, had mold in the plenum. We reached out to five local A/C businesses in efforts to find a person or company we felt comfortable with who would install two new, trustworthy HVACs with a filtration system to combat mold. Adam at Cool Tech was the last person we met with of the five businesses, and ultimately the one who earned our trust. Where some of the companies saw an opportunity to add lots of extra bells and whistles (because of our son's sensitivity), Adam was honest and straightforward about what was necessary and what was not. He offered a competitive price on a time-tested brand (Trane) along with a unique filtration system called the iWave Air. But most importantly, he was generous with his time, knowledge, and experience. In the end, we decided to work with Adam, because he himself would be the person in our home putting the unit together, rather than sending a crew we had never met. Adam guided us through the decision-making process to determine what was best for our home and situation, and he followed the plan through to a T. We will recommend him to all of our neighbors whose a/c units are now reaching the 15 year mark, and we highly recommend him to anyone reading this review."

"I requested a consultation on our central AC. With jn hours I received a call back, arranged an appointment. Mr. Portlo and his team arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, professional. He and his team provided excellent customer service. They not only fixed the problem but, they were able to provide maintenance on other 3 unites that we have. I highly recommend Mr. Portillo and his team. I will keep their number in my directory to call them again for our A/C and heating needs."

"If you need a new A/C or any A/C service at all, I could not recommend this company more. In the service industry, it is sometimes difficult to find an honest, reputable company who gives 200% to all they do. The initial visit was quick and "painless". The installation went perfectly and when they left after completion, the only way we knew they had been there was the cold air coming out of those brand-new white vents. All boxes and old vents, unit etc was hauled off so that we did not have to deal with it. We will forever recommend this company!"

Then they guided a brush from the floor to the roof several times to remove all the lint, then vacuumed out all the lint"
