"The Customer Service was A+ from the beginning of my initial inquiry, until the end, when they were walking outside of my Home. they were also willing to install my Surround Sound System, which was outside of my initial quote, but we did not have the receiver needed and advised that they would be willing to come back out, if needed. Michael also provided us with additional recommendations for better quality brackets, as the brackets that I initially purchased, were not the proper standard for the size t.v.'s we had and they completed installing TWO T'V.'s on our walls (one within my office area and the 2nd within our livingroom), within a timely manner and made sure that all cable connections, along with my PS4 Game System was properly working before leaving for their next Job. We will Definitely use them again, once we're ready to have our t.v. installed in our bedroom and above the fireplace, within the near future! "went very, very well. my only "B" mark given was because the wires are all black.  I should have been more specific and told him that white suited my taste better. That's my mistake. But i am writing this review to help both the contractor, and the next person to use his service; so i wanted to draw attention to that one aspect of client preferences. 
Overall, i give (his name is Ron) this company a solid A because the professionalism, courtesy, timeliness, and overall quality vs price was top notch!!  Way to go!!

"The crew installed a home theatre, 5.1 sound, all in wall speakers, provided the equipment at a fair price, and gave a good tutorial on operating the system. I got some great discounts and they were very pleasant. The crew arrived on time, they were clean, courteous, and went right to work. The manager had some scheduling problems and let me know immediately. The only problem I am having is the hiding of the main television wires. The strip that was used to conceal my wires fell off a day after installation. That may be a fault of the product and not the installer."
