"From the start when they came out for the estimate everything went very smooth. There was good communion with office over scheduling and any questions we had. It was installed in the time frame which they told us. The installer was very professional and he took his time and the glass looks wonderful. He explained how to care for the enclosure and told us to call if we had any problems in the future .This was a seamless installation and we are very happy with the company's service. The price was fair as we had 5 estimates.and ruled some out for other reasons.

"Reggie came out, on time and did the instillation from start to finish it took 5-6 hours. he had to drill all new holes and wire everything from scratch. He did a great job and the best part was I got a couple estimates and one was $2600. After reading the reviews on angies list on RJ Little we decided to go with him. Rich is great and followed up right after after Reggie was done. Reggis is a great guy. He also took out a old home security switch and spackled it for us at no charge. "I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. "They had very good availability. They came and did everything as fast as they could. It was very convenient that way. The bad would be that they painted the window seal white. It had previously been a dark color, and I am not sure if they primed it good enough. You can still see the dark color through it. If we used them again we would go over our specifications a little more carefully before hand."

"Overall the project was looked at by John, material was ordered, and the work was completed. Considering the amount of work that had to be done, everything went smooth. The house  has hardwood floors that I was concerned about. They covered the floors with a clean drop cloth that had a pad under it to prohibit it from sliding.
The price was the best around and the work was excellent. He does not have subs doing the installing the material plus the fact, he personally is on the job. Very few contractors in that business can live up to that."
