"Once I got Mr. Nolder's phone from AL, I contacted him and explain by phone what we wanted. He said he was interested and agreed to come and see the place. When he came, we talk about different materials for tiles and sinks. He explained the different kinds of toilets available in the market at the time. He talked about how to improved the ventilation in the small bathroom. He suggested to go to stores to see examples of different bathrooms. This activity was to help us decided in a list of items that were needed for the new bathroom. We also talked how much money would the project cost. He also suggested websites to visit for price comparisons. Mr. Nolder send us an free estimate for the job and we agreed. We pay the project in three payments, beginning of the project middle and end of the project. It took approx 8 weeks. <br /> Main problems were, the two custom made cabinets were incorrectly made by the company, so we had to wait 2 weeks for the correct ones. Another problem was that a piece was missing from the sink faucet and it took 8 weeks to be deliver. These were no Mr. Nolder's fault. <br /> <br />"

"I contracted Raymer & Son Exteriors to have the outside of my 100+ year old house painted and repaired. As the job progressed I contracted with then to install (10) new replacement windows and other small items.The project was started and finished on time. At anytime I could talk with them about how the work was progressing. They were very professional and cleaned up everyday. Care was given to the equipment kept on the premises not to interfere with daily activities going on. Anytime we added more work the agreed upon budget was revised and submitted to me. I knew at all times what was agreed on. When I brought a concern to their attention they assured me it would be done. They worked very independently to the point that sometimes I didn't even know they were there. <br /> <br /> I have received many compliments on the finished project. The way they are flexible and dependable was very important to me. If I had something that needed to be added on, it did not become a problem for them. "We liked everything about them.  They were terrific.  Their quote was actually less than many of the companies but they came here, they go the job done within the week.  It is a big job because the whole house is cedar and the chimneys are also cedar that go up to about fifty feet and one guy came and looked at it and said he wasn’t going up there, but these guys came and they did it.  They rented all the right equipment that was needed, they did a very good job, and they got it done. "
