"I contracted ARS Rescue Rooter about 2.5 years ago to replace my existing HVAC system with a new unit My contract clearly states that the new system would be covered for all parts and labor for 10 years a a week later it was evident the unit did not have sufficient capacity to cool my TH. countless calls over the following 5 weeks, under threat of a law suite, ARS agreed to replace the unit with a more powerful. 2 weeks later they finally sent in two techs who removed and installed a different unit that seemed to work okay. later, I detected a gas leak emanating from my attic where the HVAC is installed. After several calls they finally sent a tech who insisted to charge me for covered work under my warrantee. Eventually, ARS waved charges. now the thermostat is dead, once again ARS said they'd charge me, I asked to have a manger/owner call me and confirm the work is covered before sending a tech. once again ARS said they'll charge me This is a dishonest company with horrible service "

"writer called service on Sunday evening, July 22,2018, after flooding rains to replace a sump pump. Work not completed. There was a $200.00 charge for coming out on a weekend. The total cost would be $900.00 plus 4% for using my credit card. I paid $200.00 for company coming out. I bought a good quality sump pump for $160.00 and a friend installed the pump readily the next day."
